What does holistic healing look like ?
In a truly holistic approach, self‑discovery sits at the centre of your healing. There is no single path that works for everyone, as we are all unique - what you want to achieve and how, will be determined by your own life experience your own beliefs, your levels of comfort. It may also be impacted by the time you want to dedicate to it and your starting point.
With this in mind i am able to gently weave together therapeutic, energetic, and spiritual practices to meet you exactly where you are. Creating truly tailored support to guide you through life's challenges.
So whatever is holding you back, or feels confusing or impossible right now, you don’t have to face it alone. You will be supported every step of the way to uncover the roadblocks, understand where they began, and find compassionate ways to move beyond them.

Psychological Approaches
As a Psychologist, of 25 years, I use an integrative, trauma informed and solution focussed approach, drawing on a range of evidence‑based therapies to support emotional and mental wellbeing. The combination of approaches can help to support with many issues from addiction, early trauma , phobias, ptsd to interpersonal relationships of any kind.
- CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): Supports behaviour change by helping you identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that can lead to emotional dysregulation, finding new coping strategies to manage anxiety, depression and stress management. .
- Motivational Interviewing: Encourages clarity, confidence, and readiness for change
- Human Givens Principles: Focuses on meeting essential emotional needs to overcome anxiety, phobias and compulsive/impulsive behaviours and restoring day to day balance.
- Psychodynamic/therapeutic Practices: Offer deeper exploration, uncovering unconscious motivations that influence current behaviour, creating insight to support mindset shifts, and new ways of relating to your inner world and gentle guidance through life’s challenges.
